It has been said that we are at all times in relationship with everyone and everything around us:  lovers, friends, families, co-workers, nature and the world at large--even the clerk at the bank--all participate in the dynamic exchange taking place in our lives everyday.  What we do, how and with whom we do it, will bring a definite energy and quality to our lives--for good or ill.  This begs the question:  How consciously are we navigating our lives?
